The invention relates to a method for constructing a basement in a soft soil area. The method comprises the steps that basement soil at the edge prefabricated concrete bottom plate part is excavated, a concrete side plate sliding formwork is erected, and concrete is poured; and during concrete pouring of concrete side plates, basement soil at the middle prefabricated concrete bottom plate part is excavated synchronously, rubber water-stop belts are laid between the edge prefabricated concrete bottom plate and the middle prefabricated concrete bottom plate and between the adjacent middle prefabricated concrete bottom plates, and then expansive concrete is poured. According to the method, the optimization scheme of partition excavation is adopted, the concrete bottom plates are constructed synchronously during construction of the concrete side plates, the construction progress of the basement is accelerated, the earthwork exposure time is obviously shortened, and the risk of soft soil creep deformation is reduced; prefabricated floor slabs and the cast-in-place concrete side plates are combined to quickly form a structural stiffness system, and the safety in the construction process of the basement is effectively improved; and sealing measures are adopted between the abutted seams of the prefabricated concrete bottom plates, so that the anti-seepage capacity is improved.
本发明涉及软土地区地下室建造方法,开挖边部预制混凝土底板部位的地下室土,支设混凝土侧板滑动模板并进行浇筑混凝土;在浇筑混凝土侧板混凝土期间同步开挖中部预制混凝土底板部位的地下室土,并在边部预制混凝土底板和中部预制混凝土底板之间,以及相邻中部预制混凝土底板之间铺设橡胶止水带后浇筑膨胀混凝土。本发明采用了分区开挖的优化方案,在混凝土侧板施工时同步施工混凝土底板,加快了地下室施工进度,明显减少了土方暴露的时间,降低了软土蠕变变形的风险。预制楼板与现浇混凝土侧板结合快速形成结构刚度体系,有效提升了地下室施工过程中的安全性;在预制混凝土底板拼缝之间采用密封措施提高了防渗能力。
