Pre-buried flue mounting device and using method thereof
The invention discloses a pre-buried flue mounting device and a using method thereof, and belongs to the field of constructional engineering. The problems that according to a traditional flue mounting method, mounting is inconvenient, the unloading method is not standard, and potential safety hazards exist are solved. A rectangular channel is defined by a pair of connecting baffles and a pair of stressed baffles, the outer side walls of the stressed baffles are connected with C-shaped protective cylinders, telescopic plates are arranged in the C-shaped protective cylinders, and each telescopic plate is formed by vertically connecting an inserting plate and a limiting plate. Inserting seams allowing the inserting plates to pass through are formed in the stressed baffles, pressure springs are arranged between the inner side walls of webs of the C-shaped protective cylinders and the limiting plates, plug pin sleeves are arranged on the outer side walls of the stressed baffles, and plug pins are arranged in the plug pin sleeves. The using method comprises the steps that the device is pre-buried; before a previous layer of structural plate is constructed, a flue is hoisted and mounted in the rectangular channel; and the plug pins are pulled out, the inserting plates are inserted into the inserting seams, and the flue is placed on the two inserting plates. According to the pre-buried flue mounting device and the using method thereof, synchronous and integrated construction of a building body and flue mounting can be achieved, and construction is easy and convenient.
本发明公开了一种预埋式烟道安装装置及其使用方法，属于建筑工程领域，解决了传统的烟道安装方法存在的安装不便、卸荷做法不规范、具有安全隐患的问题。本发明由一对连接挡板和一对受力挡板围合形成矩形通道，受力挡板外侧壁连接有C型防护筒，C型防护筒内设有伸缩板，伸缩板由插板和限位板垂直连接组成，受力挡板上设有供插板通过的插缝，C型防护筒的腹板内侧壁与限位板之间设有压力弹簧，受力挡板外侧壁设有插销套筒，插销套筒内设有插销。使用方法：预埋本发明装置；当施工上一层结构板之前，在矩形通道内起吊安装烟道；抽掉插销，插板插入插缝中，将烟道放置在两块插板上。本发明可以实现建筑物主体与烟道安装同步一体化施工，施工简便。
