Fabricated scaffold structure
The invention provides a fabricated scaffold structure which comprises steel pipes, vertical connecting assemblies and transverse connecting assemblies, the steel pipes are in butt joint through the vertical connecting assemblies, every two adjacent steel pipes which are in butt joint and located at the same height are connected through the transverse connecting assemblies, and each vertical connecting assembly comprises a semicircular-ring-shaped inserting rod, a telescopic ejector rod mechanism and a large gear, the transverse connecting assembly comprises a bidirectional lead screw I, a pull rod, a pull ring, a sleeve, a connecting ring, a supporting arm and a top ring. According to the fabricated scaffold structure, a semi-circular-ring-shaped inserting rod is directly inserted into two steel pipes which are in butt joint, then a large gear is rotated to enable an ejector rod in a telescopic ejector rod mechanism to abut against the inner walls of the steel pipes to achieve the fixing effect, then use of a bolt connecting assembly is avoided, dismounting is convenient, the pull rod is driven to contract inwards by rotating the bidirectional lead screw I, and the fixing effect is good, and the sleeve is rotated to enable the connecting ring to move, so that the top ring at the end part of the supporting arm can be propped against the steel pipes, and the dismounting is convenient on the premise of ensuring the mounting strength.
本发明提供一种装配式脚手架结构,包括钢管、竖向连接组件和横向连接组件,钢管通过竖向连接组件相互对接,而相互对接并位于同一高度的相邻两钢管通过横向连接组件连接,竖向连接组件包括半圆环状插杆、伸缩顶杆机构和大齿轮,而横向连接组件包括双向丝杆Ⅰ、拉杆、拉环、套筒、连接环、支撑臂和顶环。通过将半圆环状插杆直接插在两根对接的钢管内部,而后转动大齿轮使得伸缩顶杆机构内的顶杆抵住钢管的内壁达到固定的效果,进而避免了螺栓连接组件的使用,便于拆卸,通过转动双向丝杆Ⅰ带动拉杆向内收缩,那么拉环就能将两根钢管束缚,并且转动套筒使得连接环移动,进而支撑臂端部的顶环能够抵住钢管,保证了安装强度的前提下还便于拆卸。
