The comfortable rotary shock-free building structure comprises a rotary supporting seat connected with a foundation and a plurality of shock-resistant supporting seats, wherein each shock-resistant supporting seat comprises a first-stage shock-resistant assembly and a second-stage shock-resistant assembly; each first-stage shock-resistant assembly comprises a connecting seat connected with a rotary disc and a supporting rod slidably arranged on the connecting seat; the supporting rods are fixedly connected with a building structure body; first springs arranged on the supporting rods in a sleeving mode are limited between the building structure body and the connecting seats; a connecting rod is hinged to each supporting rod; and each second-stage shock-resistant assembly comprises two vertical plates, a fixed frame, two symmetrical crank arms and a sliding rod slidably penetrating through the fixed frame, wherein the two vertical plates and the fixed frame are arranged on the rotary disc, the crank arms are pivoted between the two vertical plates, the fixed frame is located between the two crank arms and the supporting rods, the ends, away from the fixed frame, of the two crank arms are connected through a first tension spring, a supporting block connected to one end of the sliding rod is clamped between the two crank arms, and the other end of the sliding rod is hinged to the connecting rod.
