The invention relates to a building auxiliary material, in particular to a rapid setting filler for cement concrete. The rapid setting filler comprises the following raw materials: coal cinder, sodium carbonate, calcium chloride, sodium silicate, sodium metaaluminate, ferric chloride, asphalt emulsion, gypsum, a filler and a modifier. The coal cinder is taken as a main material, so that the compression resistance, fracture resistance and frost resistance of the concrete can be improved; in addition, the coal cinder is a sintered pozzolanic material, has hydraulic gelling performance after being ground, and can be matched with cement clinker and cement in the concrete or lime and gypsum for use; polyvinyl chloride can be used for producing lightweight concrete, and the produced lightweight concrete is light in weight, high in heat insulation and sound insulation; anhydrous glycerin is a good cement hydration inhibitor; tetraethoxysilane is hydrolyzed to consume water, and forms a volatile azeotropic hydrate with isopropanol and water, so that volatilization of water in the concrete is accelerated; and the tetraethoxysilane is hydrolyzed to form silicon dioxide, so that the bonding performance of the concrete is improved.
