Fiber reinforced ultra-rapid setting cement and concrete composition
An ultra rapid hardening cement composition according to the present invention includes ultra rapid hardening cement and a re-emulsification type powder resin mixed in powder form, and fibers may be mixed with the powder resin. In addition, based on 100 parts by weight of the ultra rapid hardening cement, the re-emulsification type powder resin may be 15 to 20 parts by weight. Also, the fibers are composed of glass fiber, jute or a mixture thereof, and may be 10 to 15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the ultra rapid hardening cement. Concrete manufactured by using the ultra rapid hardening cement can have greatly improved durability.
본 발명에 따른 초속경시멘트 조성물은 초속경시멘트 및 분말 형태로 혼합되는 재유화형 분말수지를 포함하되, 섬유가 분말수지와 함께 혼합되어 구성될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 초속경시멘트 100 중량부에 대하여, 재유화형 분말수지는 15 내지 20 중량부일 수 있다. 또한, 상기 섬유는 유리섬유, 황마 또는 유리섬유와 황마의 혼합으로 구성되되 초속경시멘트 100중량부에 대하여 10 내지 15 중량부일 수 있다. 이와 같은 구성된 초속경시멘트를 이용하여 제조된 콘크리트는 내구성이 크게 향상될 수 있다.
