The invention discloses a solidified dredged sludge block based on an alkali-activated cementing material. The solidified dredged sludge block comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 16-20 parts of an alkali-activated cementing material, 65-70 parts of dredged sludge, 15 parts of water and 1-2 parts of polypropylene fibers. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the solidified dredged sludge block based on the alkali-activated cementing material, which comprises the following steps: S01, adding the alkali-activated cementing material and the polypropylene fiber into a stirrer, carrying out dry mixing, adding water, and uniformly conducting stirring and mixing; S02, adding dredged sludge, and conducting stirring in a stirrer to obtain a uniformly mixed material; S03, adopting a microcomputer to control an electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine to perform one-time loading forming; and S04, putting the formed material in a room, and naturally and regularly sprinkling water for maintenance. The invention provides the solidified dredged sludge block based on the alkali-activated cementing material and the preparation method of the block, and the block can prevent industrial solid waste and dredged sludge from polluting the environment, improve the utilization rate of dredged sludge generated in channel improvement engineering, and improve the utilization rate of solid waste fly ash and the like.
