According to the method, the treatment problem of the dredged sludge in rivers and lakes and the industrial waste residues is solved, the modified sludge is used for slope ecological protection, good slope protection and ecological restoration effects are achieved, resource reutilization of the dredged sludge and the industrial waste residues is achieved, and good environmental benefits are achieved.
