Grooving pipe laying device
The invention relates to a grooving pipe laying device. The grooving pipe laying device comprises a bottom frame, a pipe clamping device, a tunneling device, a bucket type lifting device and a scraper, wherein the pipe clamping device is arranged behind the bottom frame and used for clamping a pipeline, and a thrust cylinder is arranged between the pipe clamping device and the bottom frame; the tunneling device is arranged in front of the bottom frame and used for tunneling forwards; the tunneling device is provided with a residue storage groove, an opening of the residue storage groove faces upwards, and the residue storage groove is used for storing residue soil cut by the tunneling device; the bucket type lifting device is arranged in the vertical direction, the lower end of the bucket type lifting device is located in the residue storage groove, the bucket type lifting device is provided with a lifting bucket, the lifting bucket is used for lifting the residue soil in the residue storage groove upwards, and a residue outlet in the upper end of the bucket type lifting device is located in one side of a groove or above the groove; and the scraper is used for scraping a soil layer above the tunneling device when moving in the vertical direction. By additionally arranging the bucket type lifting device, the residue soil is conveyed to the ground in the vertical direction and discharged into the groove or one side of the groove, and the problem that the residue discharging efficiency of the tail is low when the pipeline is laid for a long distance is solved.
