The invention provides a flushing device. The flushing device comprises a main body, a fixed sheet and a mobile sheet, main body is provided with a cavity, the stator plate is arranged in the cavity;wherein a first water inlet, a second water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the fixed part, the mobile part is rotatably arranged in the main body, a water accommodating groove is formed in onepart of the surface of the mobile part, the water accommodating groove faces the fixed part, the water outlet is communicated with the water accommodating groove, and when the mobile part rotates, atleast one of the first water inlet and the second water inlet is communicated with the water accommodating groove. According to the flushing device, the temperature and the water pressure of mixed water can be periodically changed, a massage effect on a user is achieved during flushing, and a health care effect on the body of the user is achieved. In addition, the invention further provides a flushing method, an intelligent toilet lid and an intelligent toilet.
