Novel residential flue gas pipeline structure and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses a novel residential flue gas pipeline structure. The novel residential flue gas pipeline structure comprises a plurality of flue single bodies and reinforcing ribs, wherein splicing grooves are formed in the tops of the flue single bodies; bulges matched with the splicing grooves are arranged at the bottoms of the flue single bodies; vertical through holes are formed in corners of the flue single bodies; the reinforcing ribs are arranged in the vertical through holes; the length of the reinforcing ribs is greater than that of the flue single bodies; the adjacent flue single bodies are connected with the splicing grooves through the bulges; and grouting concrete is arranged in the vertical through holes. According to the novel residential flue gas pipeline structure disclosed by the invention, the adjacent flue single bodies can be quickly spliced through the splicing grooves in the tops of the flue single bodies and the bulges at the bottoms of the flue single bodies, so that the original flue with relatively great length is divided into single bodies with relatively small length, and therefore, the flue single bodies are conveniently transferred; and meanwhile, the vertical through holes and the reinforcing ribs are utilized, and the adjacent flue single bodies can be connected to form an integrated framework through the grouting concrete, so that the problem of flue gas leakage is avoided.
