The integrated heat insulation strip comprises a first connecting body, a second connecting body and a partition structure, wherein a middle cavity is formed between the first connecting body and the second connecting body; the partition structure is connected with the first connecting body and the second connecting body; the two ends of the middle cavity are a first connecting end and a second connecting end; and the width of the first connecting end is larger than that of the second connecting end. The split type heat insulation strip comprises a first connecting body and a second connecting body; the first connecting body and the second connecting body are provided with a middle cavity; the two ends of the middle cavity are respectively a first connecting end and a second connecting end; and the width of the first connecting end is larger than that of the second connecting end. The broken bridge aluminum door and window comprises broken bridge aluminum profiles and integrated heat insulation strips or split heat insulation strips, the heat insulation strips are arranged between two adjacent broken bridge aluminum profiles, inserting connection grooves are formed in the broken bridge aluminum profiles, and the inserting connection strips are matched with the inserting grooves in an inserting connection mode; the first connecting end faces the indoor side; and the second connecting end faces the outdoor side.
