本发明公开了一种密封效果好的门窗隔热条及其隔热方法,包括安装框,所述安装框内腔左右两侧的顶部均开设有第一密封槽,所述安装框内腔底部的左右两侧均开设有第二密封槽,所述安装框的内腔设置有密封条本体。本发明通过第二密封槽、安装腔、移动密封块、通孔、顶密封条、压紧组件、转动杆、双向螺纹杆、转动件、连接板、螺纹套、蜗轮、复位弹簧、连接杆、移动滑块、蜗杆、限位滑块、密封板和第一密封槽的配合使用,解决了现有的隔热条密封效果较差,在安装后,很容易与型材之间留有空隙,不但会影响门窗的隔音和抗风能力,同时,还容易导致外界热量从空隙处通过门窗而进入室内,进而影响了隔热密封条密封效果的问题。
