The commercial building structure has the advantages that the situation that energy consumption of an air conditioner is increased due to the fact that the air conditioner outdoor unit is frozen when the air temperature is low can be effectively prevented, the energy-saving effect is achieved, the possibility that the air conditioner outdoor unit is damaged is reduced, resources are indirectly saved, and the using convenience of the commercial building structure is improved.
