According to the preparation technology of the epoxy resin anti-corrosion and anti-seepage concrete disclosed by the invention, Huaqian gum is formed by mixing 1 part by weight of A glue solution and 3 parts by weight of B glue solution; wherein the glue solution A is prepared by mixing 60 parts by weight of epoxy resin, 15 parts by weight of an emulsifier, 1.5 parts by weight of a thickening agent, 0.5 part by weight of a defoaming agent, 0.5 part by weight of a mildew preventive and 200 parts by weight of water; and the glue solution B is prepared by mixing 20 parts by weight of a low-molecular polyamide curing agent, 3 parts by weight of a catalyst, 0.75 part by weight of a thickening agent, 225 parts by weight of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 0.5 part by weight of a defoaming agent, 1.25 parts by weight of ammonia water and 525 parts by weight of water. The technology includes following steps: adding 1.6 parts by weight of polymerized cement and 2.4 parts by weight of sand into 1 part by weight of Huaqian gum with mixing to prepare plastering tape epoxy resin anti-corrosion and anti-seepage concrete; or adding 3 parts by weight of water, 12 parts by weight of rheological cement and 18 parts by weight of sand into 1 part by weight of Huaqian gum for mixing, so that the grouting type epoxy resin anti-corrosion and anti-seepage concrete can be obtained.
本发明的环氧树脂防腐蚀抗渗混凝土配制技术中,华千胶由1重量份A胶液和3重量份B胶液混合而成。A胶液由60重量份环氧树脂、15重量份乳化剂、1.5重量份增稠剂、0.5重量份消泡剂、0.5重量份防霉剂、200重量份水混合制成;B胶液由20重量份低分子聚酰胺固化剂、3重量份催化剂、0.75重量份增稠剂、225重量份醋酸乙烯‑乙烯共聚乳液、0.5重量份消泡剂、1.25重量份氨水、525重量份水混合制成。将1重量份华千胶加入1.6重量份聚变态水泥、2.4重量份砂子混合,可得到抹灰型环氧树脂防腐蚀抗渗混凝土;将1重量份华千胶加入3重量份水、12重量份流变态水泥、18重量份砂子混合,可得到灌浆型环氧树脂防腐蚀抗渗混凝土。
