Large-volume concrete, preparation method and construction process thereof
The invention provides large-volume concrete, and relates to the technical field of concrete. The large-volume concrete comprises the following components by weight: 280-310 parts of cement, 80-140 parts of fly ash, 650-800 parts of fine aggregate, 1050-1150 parts of coarse aggregate, 3-6 parts of an additive, and 155-165 parts of water. According to the invention, the components and proportions of the large-volume concrete are matched and set, so that the obtained components are more optimized; particularly, the fluidity of the prepared large-volume concrete is stronger by matching the additive; in the preparation process of the large-volume concrete, the temperature change degree is smaller by controlling the temperature of the raw materials, so that the influence of temperature on the large volume is reduced; the construction process is monitored and the temperature is detected in time in the construction process, so that the influence of the temperature on the large-volume concrete is avoided; and the large-volume concrete provided by the invention is subjected to multi-aspect and multi-level optimization control from the raw materials, the preparation method and the construction process, so that the probability of cracks is finally reduced so as to improve the overall stability and safety.
