The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a large-volume radiation-proof concrete, which is composed of the following components: 160-180 parts of water, 200-260 parts of cement, 700-750 parts of river sand, 750-900 parts of RC stone, 250-350 parts of broken stone, 6-13 parts of an additive, 50-60 parts of fly ash, 70-100 parts of mineral powder, and 0.5-1.5 parts of anti-crack fiber. By doping a proper amount of fly ash and a proper amount of mineral powder, the workability of the concrete is improved, the hydration heat of the concrete is reduced, the cracking of the concrete is inhibited to a certain extent, and the leakage of radiation is avoided; in the construction process, through planning preparation of concrete, erecting of a frame body supporting system, concrete pouring construction, arrangement of a cooling system, embedding of a temperature measuring system, concrete pouring and curing, heat in the concrete is effectively adjusted, generation of cracks in the concrete is reduced, and radiation leakage is avoided.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种大体积防辐射混凝土,由以下组分构成:水160‑180份、水泥200‑260份、河沙700‑750份、RC石子750‑900份、碎石250‑350份、外加剂6‑13份、粉煤灰50‑60份、矿粉70‑100份、抗裂纤维0.5‑1.5份。本发明通过掺适量的粉煤灰和适量的矿粉,改善了混凝土的和易性,降低了混凝土水化热,一定程度抑制了混凝土的开裂,避免了辐射的泄露;且本发明在施工过程中,通过策划制备混凝土、搭设架体支撑体系、混凝土浇筑施工、布置冷却系统、埋设测温系统、浇筑混凝土及养护,有效调节了混凝土内部热量,减少混凝土内部裂缝产生,避免了辐射的泄露。
