The invention discloses reinforced polymer cement concrete, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of cement, 5 to 15 parts of polyphenylene sulfide emulsion, 1 to 2 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 4 to 8 parts of nano diatomite, 20 to 50 parts of coarse aggregate, 5 to 15 parts of sand powder, 1 to 2 parts of a reinforcing synergist, 1 to 2 parts of a coupling agent, 1 to 2 parts of a naphthalene type water reducer, 0.1 to 1 part of alkyl tin carboxylate, 0.1 to 1 part of pentaerythritol, 0.1 to 1 part of an anti-permeability synergist, 0.1 to 0.2 part of dimethyl sulfoxide and 40-80 parts of an ethanol water solution. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the reinforced polymer cement concrete. According to the invention, the concrete structure can be effectively promoted to form a stable and fine structure, so that the volume stability of the concrete is ensured, the breaking strength, the compressive strength and the flexural-compressive ratio are enhanced, the toughness is also obviously improved, and the wear resistance is relatively strong.
本发明公开了一种加固聚合物水泥混凝土,其原料按重量份包括:水泥100份,聚苯硫醚乳液5‑15份,纳米二氧化硅1‑2份,纳米硅藻土4‑8份,粗集料20‑50份,砂粉5‑15份,加固增效剂1‑2份,偶联剂1‑2份,萘系减水剂1‑2份,烷基锡羧酸盐0.1‑1份,季戊四醇0.1‑1份,抗渗增效剂0.1‑1份,二甲基亚砜0.1‑0.2份,乙醇水溶液40‑80份。本发明还公开了上述加固聚合物水泥混凝土的制备方法。本发明可有效促使混凝土结构形成稳定细密的结构,不仅保证混凝土体积稳定性,而且增强抗折强度、抗压强度和折压比,同时韧性也获得明显提高,还具有较强的耐磨耗性能。
