Fireproof magnesium oxide board and manufacturing process thereof
The invention provides a fireproof magnesium oxide board and a manufacturing process thereof, and belongs to the field of fireproof building materials. The fireproof magnesium oxide board is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of magnesium oxide; 20-30 parts of anhydrous magnesium chloride; 10-20 parts of fireproof sepiolite fiber slurry; 20-30 parts of aluminum silicate fiber; 5-10 parts of sawdust; 10-15 parts of fly ash; 8-12 parts of glass magnesium board crushed powder; 1.5-5 parts of a non-woven fabric; and 6-8 parts of water. The preparation method of the fireproof sepiolite fiber slurry comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of modified sepiolite fabric: mixing sepiolite with a mixed acid solution 1 of hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid; (2) alkali neutralization: mixing the sepiolite slurry subjected to acid activation with ammonia water; and (3) sequentially adding talcum powder, vegetable gelatin powder, polypropylene fibers, cellulose ether and a surfactant into the sepiolite slurry while stirring to obtain the fireproof sepiolite fiber slurry. The fireproof magnesium oxide board has good fireproof performance and smoke suppression performance.
本发明提供一种防火氧化镁板材及其制作工艺,属于防火建材领域。该防火氧化镁板材采用以下原料混合而成,原料名称及重量份数如下:氧化镁80‑100份;无水氯化镁20‑30份;防火型海泡石纤维浆料10‑20份;硅酸铝纤维20‑30份;锯末5‑10份;粉煤灰10‑15份;玻镁板粉碎粉8‑12份;无纺布1.5‑5;水6‑8份;所述防火型海泡石纤维浆料的制备方法为:(1)改性海泡石绒的制备:将海泡石与盐酸与磷酸的混合酸液1进行混合;(2)碱中和:将酸活化后的海泡石浆料与氨水混合;(3)在海泡石浆料中边搅拌边依次加入滑石粉、植物胶粉、聚丙烯纤维、纤维素醚、表面活性剂,即得防火型海泡石纤维浆料。该防火氧化镁板材具有良好的防火性能和抑烟性能。
