Fireproof magnesium oxide board
The invention relates to a fireproof magnesium oxide board, which is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of magnesium oxide; 20 to 30 parts of anhydrous magnesium chloride; 10-20 parts of a modified expanded vermiculite foaming agent; 20 to 30 parts of aluminum silicate fiber; 5 to 10 parts of sawdust; 10 to 15 parts of fly ash; 8-12 parts of glass magnesium board crushed powder; 1.5-5 parts of a non-woven fabric; 10 to 20 parts of water; wherein the modified expanded vermiculite is prepared by the following steps: (1) carrying out incomplete expansion calcination on vermiculite; (2) uniformly stirring an acrylic monomer, sodium hydroxide, an acrylamide monomer, an initiator potassium persulfate, a crosslinking auxiliary pentaerythritol polyglycidyl ether, incompletely expanded vermiculite and water, performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a first reaction solution, and putting the first reaction solution in a reaction kettle for reaction to obtain a gel substance; and (3) carrying out primary crushing and drying on the gel substance, and then carrying out further crushing in a ball mill to obtain the fireproof expanded vermiculite with water absorption performance.
