The support-free rapid and efficient construction method comprises the following steps that A, a reinforced concrete supporting bracket is constructed while a bridge hollow pier is constructed; B, the reinforced concrete prefabricated slab is hoisted into a pit in the top of the bridge hollow pier; C, mortar filling is performed; and D, the reinforced concrete prefabricated slab serves as a construction platform for construction of the bridge hollow pier partition plate. According to the construction method, during construction of the hollow pier partition plate, support-free construction of the hollow pier partition plate can be achieved, the problem that a hollow pier partition plate supporting system is difficult to erect is effectively solved, the supporting bracket and the prefabricated slab form a whole with the hollow pier after construction is completed, the supporting system does not need to be manually dismantled, and the construction efficiency of the hollow pier partition plate is improved; and meanwhile, the labor and material cost of the supporting system is reduced, and important practical significance is achieved for safe and efficient construction of the hollow pier partition plate.
