Hollow pier diaphragm plate pouring construction method
The invention discloses a hollow pier diaphragm plate pouring construction method which comprises the following steps: firstly, pouring a lower pier body of a pier; designing a decomposition scheme of a bottom template, and splitting the bottom template into a plurality of moulding bed plates; then prefabricating each moulding bed plate; erecting an outer formwork and an outer formwork supporting system; splicing the moulding bed plates to form a bottom template; binding a partition plate steel reinforcement framework, and erecting an inner template and an inner template supporting system; finally, casting concrete in place to integrally form the diaphragm plate and part of the pier body; and then removing the outer formwork. The method has the remarkable effects that the diaphragm plate is connected with the moulding bed plates into a whole after being formed, so that mould removal is avoided, the step of erecting and removing a moulding bed support system is omitted, and the high-risk operation of workers in a limited space is avoided while the cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种空心桥墩横隔板浇筑工法,首先浇筑桥墩的下墩身;再设计底模板的分解方案,将底模板拆分为若干胎模板;之后预制每一个胎模板;搭设外模板和外模支撑体系;将胎模板拼接形成底模板;绑扎隔板钢筋骨架,搭设内模板和内模支撑体系;最后现浇混凝土从而一体化形成横隔板和部分墩身;再拆除外模板。采用本发明的显著效果是,横隔板成型后与胎模板连为一体避免拆模,从而节约搭设和拆除胎模板支架体系的步骤,在降低成本的同时避免工人在有限空间内进行高风险作业。
