The invention relates to a construction method for rapidly tamping a foundation through hydraulic pressure. The construction method comprises the steps that S1, surveying and setting out are conducted, a gradienter is used for calibration, tamping points and tamping parameters are set, hydraulic equipment is in place, and the tamping parameters comprise weight of a hydraulic hammer, diameter R0 of the bottom face of the hydraulic hammer and falling distance L;S2, tamping is conducted, specifically, according to the set tamping point, the hydraulic hammer is aligned with the tamping point to conduct tamping, during tamping, starting of a plurality of motors is controlled according to the bottom surface diameter adjusting amount of the hydraulic hammer, and running time of the motors is controlled according to ground base surface hardness so as to adjust tamping parameters;S3, a rammed pit is filled and leveled up through a bulldozer;S4, full compaction is conducted, the hydraulic hammer is utilized to loosen soil and compact the soil on the surface layer of a field; therefore, the tamping parameters in the tamping process can be accurately adjusted through feedback pressure of the hydraulic hammer, tamping descending depth and descending distance, then the tamping process can be completed in one step, tamping in-place inspection does not need to be conducted, and time cost and economic cost are effectively saved.
