The elevator shaft foundation pit side wall cushion layer integral pouring structure comprises a shaping formwork and a connecting and positioning piece, the shaping formwork is arranged in a foundation pit, and a pouring space is formed between the shaping formwork and the foundation pit; the connecting and positioning piece is arranged in the pouring space, a mounting hole is formed at one side of the connecting and positioning piece, and a first connecting rod is detachably connected into the mounting hole; and the free end of the first connecting rod penetrates through an insertion through hole formed in the side wall of the shaping formwork and is exposed out of the inner side of the shaping formwork.
