The side wall formworks are arranged between the two vertically adjacent waist beams, and side wall pouring cavities are formed by enclosing the side wall formworks, the foundation pit enclosure structure and the waist beams; a plurality of pouring holes communicating with the side wall pouring cavities are formed in the waist beams; the pouring guide pipes are arranged in the pouring holes, and the lower ends of the pouring guide pipes are located in the side wall pouring cavities; and the upper ends of the pouring guide pipes communicate with the concrete hopper arranged at the upper ends of the waist beams.
