The invention discloses a clean room and a construction method thereof. The clean room comprises wall bodies and a ceiling which are built by machine-made boards, and further comprises a door body and a window body which are arranged on the wall bodies; the wall bodies are fixed through ground rails installed on the ground, and the machine-made boards at the bottoms of the wall bodies are connected with the ground rails through ground rail profiles; and the door body and the window body are both made of manual plates, wherein the door body comprises a door frame and a door, the window body comprises a window frame and a window, the wall bodies are connected with the door frame or the window frame through adapter plates, the adapter plates comprise machine-made plate main bodies, a machine-made plate connecting port is formed in one side of each machine-made plate main body, and a manual plate connecting port is formed in the other side of each machine-made plate main body. According to the clean room, by arranging the ground rail profiles and top profiles, the problem of gaps between the wall bodies and the ground and between the wall bodies and the ceiling after installation in the prior art is solved, and the cleaning requirement is more effectively met; and meanwhile, by arranging the adapter plates, a door opening and a window opening can be reserved in advance, and the situation that the cleaning effect is not good due to the fact that side lines are uneven due to manual punching in the later period is avoided.
