Electric pole
The embodiment of the invention provides an electric pole. The electric pole comprises an inner layer and an outer layer, the inner layer comprises at least two sectional materials, and the at least two sectional materials are sequentially connected to form the inner layer of an annular structure; and the outer layer covers the outer surfaces of all the sectional materials. According to the electric pole, the at least two sectional materials on the inner layer are sequentially connected to form the annular structure, and the deflection deformation is effectively reduced on the premise that the mechanical strength is guaranteed; therefore, the technical problem that an electric pole in the prior art cannot be used in some areas with tense line corridors due to the fact that the application scene of the electric pole is limited by the characteristics of low elastic modulus and large deflection deformation of the electric pole is effectively solved; and meanwhile, the product weight can be reduced to a certain extent. The pultrusion sectional materials are stable in performance and high in production efficiency, so that the manufacturing cost of the product is reduced.
本发明的实施例提供了一种电杆,所述电杆包括:内层,所述内层包括:至少两件型材,所述至少两件型材依次连接形成环状结构的内层;外层,所述外层覆盖于所有的所述型材的外表面上。本实施例的所述电杆,由于其内层至少两件型材依次连接形成环状结构,在保障机械强度的前提下,有效减小挠度变形量;从而有效地解决了现有技术的电杆中存在着由于其低弹性模量和大挠度变形的特点限制了其应用场景,导致其在一些线路走廊紧张的地区无法使用的技术问题;同时可一定程度降低产品重量。由于拉挤型材性能稳定、生产效率高,有利于降低产品的造价。
