The invention discloses a cast-in-situ bored pile hole cleaning device and method. The device comprises an air compressor and a slurry pump, and further comprises an air conveying pipe, a hole cleaning pipe, an air conveying ring and air spraying heads; the air compressor is connected with the air conveying pipe, and the slurry pump is connected with the hole cleaning pipe; the air conveying ring is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the hole cleaning pipe and connected with the bottom end of the air conveying pipe; and the air conveying ring is of a hollow annular structure, the multiple air spraying heads are evenly distributed and fixedly installed on the inner wall of the air conveying ring, and the air spraying heads face the inclined lower portion. According to the cast-in-situ bored pile hole cleaning device and method, air is conveyed to the air conveying ring through the air conveying pipe, and then the air is sprayed out from the air spraying heads after being distributed by the air conveying ring; due to the fact that the air spraying heads face the inclined lower portion, the air is sprayed out towards the interior of the hole cleaning pipe and the lower portion of the hole cleaning pipe, and then the air and slurry are mixed; and meanwhile, the downwards-sprayed air disturbs sediment at the bottom of a pile hole body, the sediment is promoted to enter the hole cleaning pipe, and therefore the situation that the sediment at the bottom of the pile hole is deposited, and the hole cleaning effect is influenced can be avoided.
