The invention provides a cast-in-situ bored pile hole cleaning device and method.The cast-in-situ bored pile hole cleaning device comprises a barrel type drill bit arranged at the end of a drill rod and a stirring rod arranged on the outer side of the barrel type drill bit; wherein the stirring rod is detachably mounted on the outer side of the cylindrical drill bit; the drill rod is used for driving the barrel type drill bit to rotate, and sediment at the bottom of the pile hole is stirred and pushed upwards through the stirring rod. By means of the device, the over-thick sediment at the hole bottom of the cast-in-situ bored pile can be effectively cleaned, and the device can be suitable for the sediment cleaning operation after a reinforcement cage is lowered and shut down.
