Wall thermal insulation slurry and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to wall thermal insulation slurry. The slurry is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15 to 25 percent of aerogel compound, 22 to 28 percent of glass beads, 5 to 10 percent of polymer emulsion, 12 to 20 percent of heavy calcium powder, 3 to 6 percent of barium sulfate, 2 to 4 percent of modifier, 1 to 2 percent of flame retardant, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of wetting agent and the balance of water; the aerogel compound is added in the formula, meanwhile, the preparation process of the aerogel is optimized, the dry density of the slurry can be reduced, the phase-change material and the modifier polystyrene microspheres are added in the preparation process at the same time, and the phase-change material and the polystyrene microspheres both have the effect of improving the heat insulation performance of the slurry, and can be doped into a fragile network system of the aerogel, so as to improve the structural continuity of the aerogel; compared with gaps in the aerogel, the phase-change material and the polystyrene microspheres filling the aerogel can synergistically maintain high heat insulation and heat storage capacity; and the polystyrene microspheres are added, so that the strength of the aerogel can be improved to a certain extent.
