Pumping castable and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of buildings, and particularly relates to a pumping castable and a preparation method thereof. The pumping castable comprises the following components by mass: 60-65 parts of high-alumina aggregate, 15-25 parts of high-alumina fine powder, 3-5 parts of silica powder, 3-5 parts of alumina micro powder, 5-10 parts of a high-alumina cement binder, 0.06-0.1 part of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.06-0.1 part of an FDN water reducer, 0.1-0.3 part of explosion-proof fiber, and 0.3-0.5 part of hydroxymethyl cellulose. The invention solves the problem that an existing castable is insufficient in flowability; the flowability and viscosity of the material are improved by improving grain size matching of the material and increasing the proportion of superfine powder; and meanwhile, by adding hydroxymethyl cellulose, the curing speed of the material is decreased, and pipe blocking caused by material curing in the pumping process is prevented.
