The system comprises a first lifting module, a second lifting module, a truss and a formwork, wherein the first lifting module is fixedly connected with the truss and used for lifting the truss, the second lifting module is connected with the formwork and used for lifting the formwork, the formwork comprises an inner formwork body and an outer formwork body, and the inner formwork body and the outer formwork body are each of a rectangular hollow structure; the truss is arranged between the outer formwork and the inner formwork and used for pouring concrete, the truss comprises an inner truss and an outer truss, the inner truss is used for providing outward supporting force for the inner formwork, and the outer truss is used for providing inward supporting force for the outer formwork. The system is advantaged in that construction efficiency of the high-pier thin-wall pier can be improved.
