The invention discloses a turnover assembly type support-free formwork erecting system and a construction method thereof.The formwork erecting system comprises a precast beam, a supporting frame and a bottom formwork, the supporting frame is a triangular support formed by machining profile steel, and the supporting frame is provided with a transverse supporting rod, a vertical supporting rod and an inclined supporting rod; the supporting frames are vertically fixed to the surfaces of the precast beams through oppositely-penetrating screws, the supporting frames are symmetrically arranged on the equal-height positions of the adjacent faces of the two adjacent precast beams, the connecting rods are erected and fixed to transverse supporting rods of the two symmetrical supporting frames, and the bottom die is erected above the supporting frames and the connecting rods. During construction, the precast beam, the supporting frames, the connecting rods and the like are machined in a factory, then the precast beam is constructed on a construction site, the supporting frames are installed on the precast beam, the two supporting frames are connected one by one through the connecting rods, and finally battens and bottom formworks are laid, secondary beams are poured, cast-in-place secondary beams are hardened, then formwork removal is conducted, and the supporting rods are removed. The cast-in-place secondary beam supporting requirement can be met, construction is convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved.
