The invention discloses a kitchen shower head with a filtering function. The kitchen shower head with the filtering function comprises a shower head shell, a filter element assembly and a water outlet panel assembly, wherein a water inlet capable of being connected to a faucet or a hose is formed in the top of the shower head shell; the filter element assembly is arranged in the shower head shell and comprises a filter element upper cover, a filter element and a filter element lower cover, the filter element is a hollow cylinder internally provided with a water purification cavity, the filter element upper cover seals the top of the water purification cavity in the filter element, and the filter element lower cover enables the water purification cavity to communicate with the water outlet panel assembly; a sealing ring is arranged outside the filter element lower cover, and a raw water chamber communicating with the water inlet is formed among the sealing ring, the filter element and the shower head shell; the filter element assembly can be integrally mounted and dismounted relative to the shower head shell; a handle capable of taking out the filter element assembly is arranged at the bottom of the filter element lower cover; and the water outlet panel assembly is mounted at the bottom of the shower head shell.
