The invention discloses a method for erecting a masonry construction operation platform in an elevator shaft. The method comprises the following steps of before erecting, preparing profile steel, a batten and a template, fixedly connecting a convex block to the lower side near one end of the profile steel, forming a rope threading hole at the other end of the profile steel, connecting a rope through the rope threading hole, during erection, clamping one end of the section steel at the edge of the current layer of structural beam through the convex block, gradually loosening the rope on the upper layer of structural beam until the other end of the profile steel is upwards and slightly obliquely clamped on the structural shear wall, sequentially clamping a row of profile steel, paving a row of battens on the profile steel, paving a template on the battens, finishing the construction of the current layer of masonry on the current layer of operating platform, and then transferring the profile steel, the battens and the formworks to the next layer, and erecting an operation platform of the next layer. According to the method, self-stabilization of the operation platform is achieved, the erecting mode is safe and simple, operation is easy, and labor and material cost is saved.
