The invention discloses a prefabricated building laminated slab abutted seam mortar leakage prevention structure. An abutted seam is formed between two laminated slabs. The prefabricated building laminated slab abutted seam mortar leakage prevention structure comprises a supporting formwork, a caulking plate and a foam adhesive tape, the supporting formwork is arranged at a lower end opening of the abutted seam in a blocking mode, and the two opposite sides of the supporting formwork are correspondingly in lap joint with the two laminated slabs; the caulking plate is arranged in the abutted seam and laid on the inner side of the supporting formwork, and a miniature gap is formed between the caulking plate and the two opposite side walls of the abutted seam; the foam adhesive tape is bonded to the inner side of the supporting formwork, the foam adhesive tape is arranged in the length direction of a micro-shrinkage gap, the foam adhesive tape is provided with a first side and a second side which are opposite, the first side of the foam adhesive tape is arranged between the supporting formwork and the laminated slabs in a cushioned mode, and the second side of the foam adhesive tape extends to the micro-shrinkage gap and is filled in the micro-shrinkage gap. The problems that when an uneven aluminum alloy formwork is adopted for fixing and plugging at the joint of the prefabricated building laminated slab, grout leaks when concrete is poured at the joint of the laminated slab, and the concrete forming quality is poor are solved.
