The invention provides a fully-prefabricated abutted seam type floor slab and a building thereof. The fully-prefabricated abutted seam type floor slab is formed by splicing a plurality of prefabricated floor slabs, and tooth grooves are formed in the splicing positions of the prefabricated floor slabs; every two adjacent prefabricated floor slabs are fixedly connected through a connecting and fixing assembly after being meshed together through the tooth grooves. The two prefabricated floor slabs are spliced through the tooth groove structures, and the tooth groove structures remarkably improve the in-plane shear bearing capacity and rigidity of the floor slabs; every two adjacent prefabricated floor slabs are connected through a plurality of connecting and fixing assemblies, so that the flexural rigidity and the bearing capacity of the full-prefabricated abutted seam floor slab are further remarkably improved.
