The invention discloses a disinfection and sterilization safety box. The safety box comprises a safety box unit; a face recognition unit arranged on the safety box unit; a control unit electrically connected with the face recognition unit; a plasma unit electrically connected with the control unit, wherein the plasma unit comprises an anode array arranged in the safety box unit; and a cathode electrode arranged in the safety box unit and located on one side of the anode array. According to the disinfection and sterilization safety box, articles can be disinfected and sterilized at low temperature under the condition that the stored articles are not damaged.
