The invention relates to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of industrial solid wastes, in particular to a method for preparing a tailing dam seepage guiding material from industrial solid wastes. The invention provides the method for preparing the tailing dam seepage guiding material from industrial solid wastes. The method comprises the following steps: mixing the industrial solid wastes, a binder and water, and sequentially carrying out ball pressing granulation, dehydration treatment, preheating, sintering and annealing to obtain the tailing dam seepage guiding material. The industrial solid wastes comprise at least two of blast furnace fly ash, industrial iron slag, coal gangue, industrial waste salt and lead-zinc slag. According to the record of the embodiment, the compressive strength of the prepared tailing dam seepage guiding material is larger than or equal to 15 MPa, the material has good acid and alkali resistance (the dissolution loss rate of weak acid and weak base is smaller than or equal to 0.21%, and the leaching rate of heavy metal is smaller than or equal to 0.0006 mg/L), the use loss rate is smaller than or equal to 0.8%, and the cost is low (the cost is about 1/10 of that of a same organic seepage guiding material).
