Magnesium metal smelting device and reduction method
The invention discloses a magnesium metal smelting device and a reduction method. The smelting device comprises a first-stage material bin, a second-stage material bin, a flashboard sealing valve, an upper cover, a reduction tank, a first-stage crucible, a second-stage crucible, a crystallizer and a vacuum pump set. The reduction tank is vertically arranged, and the upper cover is arranged at the top end of the reduction tank. The upper cover is provided with a connecting port A and a connecting port B, and a conical three-way gas collecting hood is arranged between the upper cover and the reduction tank. A small port of the three-way gas collecting hood is connected to the connecting port A of the upper cover through a pipeline, and a side opening of the three-way gas collecting hood is connected to the connecting port B of the upper cover through a steam pipeline. The first-stage crucible and the second-stage crucible are sequentially and vertically arranged in the reduction tank. The device is reasonable in structural design, magnesium oxide and aluminum are used as raw materials, the raw materials are heated in the two stages of material bins and the two stages of crucibles at the same time to generate a reduction reaction, magnesium aluminate spinel is produced while crystal magnesium is produced, the whole production process is continuously circulated, the production capacity and efficiency are improved, energy consumption is reduced, and high economic benefits are created for enterprises.
