The invention provides a steel plate composite beam bridge deck slab wet joint construction method which comprises the steps that (1) a first prefabricated section bottom die is installed, a first prefabricated section is poured, one end of the first prefabricated section bottom die is a fixed bottom die, and the other end of the first prefabricated section bottom die is a movable bottom die; (2) the movable bottom die of the first prefabricated section is detached, and the poured first prefabricated section and the first prefabricated section bottom die are integrally and horizontally moved to the matched position; (3) a second prefabricated section bottom die to be poured is installed, and the second prefabricated section bottom die and the first prefabricated section bottom die are the same in structure; (4) the bottom supporting plate of the first prefabricated section is in lap joint with the fixed bottom die of the second prefabricated section, and concrete is poured; (5) the second prefabricated section and the second prefabricated section bottom die are integrally and horizontally moved to the matched position; and (6) concrete is poured into the wet joints between the adjacent prefabricated sections. According to the invention, the work amount of template mounting and dismounting and the like can be reduced, and labor, materials and effort are really saved.
本发明提供了一种钢板组合梁桥面板湿接缝施工方法,步骤包括:1)安装第一预制节段底模,浇筑第一预制节段,第一预制节段底模一端为固定底模,另一端为活动底模;2)卸下第一预制节段的活动底模,将浇筑好的第一预制节段与第一预制节段底模整体水平移至匹配位置处;3)安装待浇筑的第二预制节段底模,第二预制节段底模与第一预制节段底模结构相同;4)将第一预制节段的底托板搭接至第二预制节段的固定底模上,浇筑混凝土;5)将第二预制节段与第二预制节段底模整体水平移至匹配位置处;6)向相邻的预制节段之间的湿接缝内浇筑混凝土。本发明能够减少模板安装、拆除等工程量真正做到省工、省料、省力。
