The invention relates to a steel plate beam bridge deck slab pouring construction device which comprises a first cross beam fixedly arranged above a vertical beam. The second cross beam is correspondingly arranged between the two vertical beams; the square timbers are correspondingly arranged on the outer sides of the vertical beams located at the two transverse ends and are transversely arranged, and the square timbers are transversely and alternately arranged on the upper end faces of the second cross beams and are longitudinally arranged; the pull rod is arranged in the vertical direction; one part is correspondingly matched with the transversely-arranged square timber, and the other part is correspondingly matched with the second cross beam; the upper end of the pull rod extends to the upper part of the first cross beam and is suspended on the first cross beam, the lower end of the pull rod extends downwards to the lower part of the transversely-arranged square timber and the square timber is suspended at the lower part of the pull rod, and the lower end of the pull rod extends downwards to the lower part of the second cross beam and the second cross beam is suspended at the lower part of the pull rod; the bottom plate is arranged on the square timber arranged on the second cross beam; the upper end face of the bottom plate is flush with the upper end face of the top plate. By means of the structure, the operation complexity of the construction tool in the assembling and disassembling operation can be simplified, the construction efficiency can be improved, and meanwhile the construction quality can be guaranteed.
