The invention provides a large rectangular-section pier body steel bar prefabricating jig frame and a using method thereof. The jig frame comprises a bottom plate, hydraulic systems, bottom hydraulic pushing systems, movable vertical rod positioning frames, end main bar positioning frames and horizontal fixing rods, the end main bar positioning frames are arranged at the two ends of the bottom plate, and the hydraulic systems are arranged below the bottom plate and is close to the outer edges of front and back sides of the bottom plate. The multiple bottom hydraulic pushing systems are evenly distributed below the bottom plate, the multiple movable vertical rod positioning frames are arranged between the two end main reinforcement positioning frames, and the upper ends and the lower ends of the movable vertical rod positioning frames are provided with top positioning devices and bottom positioning devices respectively. The movable vertical rod positioning frames move on the horizontal fixing rods, and the two ends of the horizontal fixing rod are connected to two end main rib positioning frames respectively. According to the jig frame and the method, the construction time is saved, labor is saved, the construction risk is reduced, the pier body construction effect is optimized, and it is guaranteed that construction is conducted safely and efficiently.
