The invention discloses a method for integrally prefabricating and hoisting plate-type pier body steel bars, which comprises the following steps of: prefabricating a steel bar cage, and accurately positioning main bars of the steel bar cage by using a jig frame; auxiliary steel bars are arranged according to a design drawing, and pre-butt joint is conducted on adjacent steel reinforcement cages so as to guarantee accurate butt joint of sleeves during hoisting; transferring the reinforcement cage to a construction site; a crawler crane and a special hanging bracket are adopted for hoisting the reinforcement cage, the reinforcement cage is commanded to be hoisted to the butt joint position, after the reinforcement cage is adjusted to be horizontal, sleeves at the four corners of the reinforcement cage are pre-tightened, and then multiple persons tighten remaining bolts at the same time; binding stirrups and cushion blocks in the butt joint area, and binding the rest stirrups and cushion blocks according to a drawing. The positioning jig frame is used for positioning the main reinforcements and the stirrups, the overall accuracy of the reinforcements is guaranteed, the reinforcements are prefabricated in sections in advance in a reinforcement factory and are transported to a construction site and then overall hoisting is conducted through a crawler crane and a special hanging bracket, the time of the whole process is only 0.5 workday, and the purposes of rapid construction and reduction of potential safety hazards are achieved.
