Adjustable engineering foundation tamping device
The invention relates to an adjustable engineering foundation tamping device. The adjustable engineering foundation tamping device comprises an annular support, the inclination angle of the support is adjusted through a set of adjusting mechanism, two connecting blocks are hinged to the support in a central symmetry manner, a supporting seat is vertically connected into the two connecting blocks in a sliding manner, and a tamping mechanism is fixedly connected into the supporting seat; and the upward sliding movement amount of the supporting seat is limited by a set of limiting device fixedly connected to the support. By means of the adjustable engineering foundation tamping device, the support is inclined by adjusting sliding of a sliding rod in a sliding cylinder, and the impact compression amount of the tamping mechanism on the ground is released by reducing the height of the support, so that the tamping force of a machine on the ground is adjusted, and the applicability of the device is improved; and meanwhile, a buckle plate in the limiting device can move downwards along with inclination of the support so as to limit the rising height of the supporting seat during vibration, so that the support generates vibration, the ground generates forward counter-acting force on the device through the force, acting on the ground, by the vibration during the inclination of the support, and personnel can conveniently move the device.
本发明涉及可调式工程用地基夯实装置,包括一环形支架,支架被一套调节机构调节倾斜角度,所述支架上中心对称铰接有两个连接块,两个所述连接块内竖向滑动连接一撑座,撑座内固定连接一夯实机构,所述撑座被一套固定连接在支架上的限位装置限制向上滑动的移动量,本发明通过调节滑杆在滑筒内的滑动使得支架倾斜,通过降低支架的高度来解放夯实机构对地面的冲击压缩量,以此来调节机器对地面的夯实力度,提高本装置的适用性,同时限位装置中的扣板可跟随支架的倾斜向下移动,以限制撑座振动时所能上升的高度,从而使得支架产生振动,并利用支架倾斜时振动作用地面的力使得地面对装置产生向前的反作用力,方便人员移动装置。
