The invention provides a subway station reserved underpass structure system and a construction method thereof. The subway station reserved underpass structure system comprises a subway station foundation pit and foundation pit supporting structures located on the two sides of the subway station foundation pit, and the subway station foundation pit comprises a pre-built subway station structure and a reserved underpass structure located below the pre-built subway station structure; the pre-built subway station structure comprises a top wall, a bottom plate, structural columns and side walls; the reserved underpass structure comprises a foundation reinforcing area, supporting piles and a ground beam; the whole reserved underpass structure is filled with the foundation reinforcing area, and a later interval tunnel is arranged in the foundation reinforcing area; the supporting piles correspond to the structural columns and the side walls of the pre-built subway station structure in the vertical direction and are downwards inserted into the foundation reinforcing area; and the ground beam connects the supporting piles with one another at the top ends of the supporting piles, so that the ground beam and the supporting piles integrally form a frame structure.
