The invention discloses an underpinning construction method for retaining a top beam of a subway station, which comprises the following steps of: S1, determining the position of an underpinning pile at a fender post or an enclosure wall between a station main body and an affiliated ventilation pavilion structure, pre-embedding a latticed column in the fender post or the enclosure wall at the position, and pouring concrete, so that the underpinning pile is formed; bearing and supporting the top beam, the track beam and the gantry crane by the enclosure piles or the enclosure walls and the latticed columns; s2, when the auxiliary ventilation pavilion structure is constructed, part of enclosure piles or enclosure walls and concrete outside latticed columns are broken, the latticed columns internally provided with the concrete and the enclosure piles or enclosure walls at the tops and the bottoms of the latticed columns jointly form force transmission support, and meanwhile a top plate and a bottom plate between the station body and the auxiliary ventilation pavilion structure are constructed; and S3, after shield construction is finished, the latticed columns between the top plate and the bottom plate are cut, and connection of the top plate and the bottom plate is completed. According to the construction method, construction joints can be reduced, the water leakage risk is reduced, meanwhile, the auxiliary ventilation pavilion and the station main body shield are constructed synchronously, and the construction efficiency is improved.
