The invention relates to a CSIPs-steel composite structure energy consumption type anti-seismic joint. The joint comprises a beam column and a cross beam fixedly connected through a connecting plate, the cross beam is connected with the connecting plate through a bolt, a first acting plate is arranged between the beam column and the cross beam, and the first acting plate is crushed to absorb energy after being extruded; and one part of energy of the earthquake on the beam column is consumed to improve the anti-seismic capacity of the joint. A third acting plate arranged between the connecting plate and the cross beam and a damping device connected to the beam column, arranged below the cross beam and used for buffering energy consumption are further included, the third acting plate will be broken and separated out in the earthquake, the cross beam and the connecting plate are in flexible connection, longitudinal force borne by the cross beam is converted into transverse force through a force dividing device to protect the bolt, and in addition, a protection device is further provided to protect the cross beam from falling off when it cannot be guaranteed that the bolt cannot be broken. Compared with a traditional welding joint, the joint has better convenience, shock resistance and practicability.
