The invention relates to an integrated waterproof and heat-preservation integrated roof structure. The integrated waterproof and heat-preservation integrated roof structure comprises a waterproof surface layer integrated structure, a top surface integrated structure and a top edge connector structure, wherein the waterproof surface layer integrated structure sequentially comprises a slope making layer, a leveling layer, a waterproof and heat-preservation integrated plate, a protective layer and a filling structure from the outer wall of a roof building to the outside; the waterproof and heat-preservation integrated plate comprises a reinforced heat-preservation structure layer and a waterproof roll layer; an internal corner lap joint structure of the top surface integrated structure comprises an arc-shaped mortar part and an additional protective part; and an external corner lap joint structure of the top edge connector structure comprises a shielding aluminum plate and a trapezoidal mortar part. The integrated waterproof and heat-preservation integrated roof structure provides a stress buffer structure for a waterproof layer, the basic structural strength of the waterproof layer is improved, and the puncture resistance and the crack resistance are improved; and in cooperation with a plate joint filling structure process and a roof internal and external corner integral treatment scheme, all parts of a roof are integrated into an integral waterproof structure in a waterproof mode, and the waterproof performance and the building quality are comprehensively improved.
