The invention discloses a safety handrail fixed installation part capable of being installed in a split mode. The safety handrail fixed installation part comprises a first handrail and a second handrail, a connecting sleeve is movably connected between the first handrail and the second handrail, fixing sleeves are fixedly connected to one side of the first handrail and one side of the second handrail, supporting rods are movably connected to inner cavities of the fixing sleeves, and fixing holes are formed in the two sides of the bottom of the connecting sleeve. According to the safety handrail fixed installation part, the supporting rod is fixed through a wall surface connecting disc and a fastening bolt, the supporting rod is inserted into an inner cavity of a fixing sleeve, a fixing pin rod can be driven to do reset motion through reset elastic force of a second reset spring, the fixing pin rod can extend into the fastening bolt on the surface of the supporting rod, and thus fixing of the first handrail and the second handrail is achieved; and the problem that when an existing handrail is installed in construction, due to the fact that the whole handrail is generally long during installation, great inconvenience is brought to handrail installation work and handrail transportation work due to overall installation is solved.
